Infant Baptism
If you want to have your new baby baptised in St Francis Xavier’s Church, you should first make contact the parish clergy. As you would appreciate, appropriate preparation must be made and this normally involves at least your attendance at a meeting held eleven days prior to the celebration of the Sacrament. Infant baptisms are normally celebrated on the last Sunday of the month at 3pm. We have a group of parishioners who assist parents and Godparents in the preparation for the Sacrament and its celebration.
