Parish Finance Committee
This Committee gives assistance to the parish priest in the administration of parish finances. Its members are Kathy Cairns, parish accountant, Jane-Marie McGuckin, parish secretary, Eamon McGlynn, collection-counter co-ordinator and Lily MacFarlane, Gift Aid co-ordinator. The committee meets 4 times a year and prepares an annual statement of accounts, which are discussed as part of a parish open meeting. The parish finances are regularly audited by the Archdiocesan auditors, Chiene & Tait
Hall and Social Core Group

This group organises activities related to social and/or fund-raising events, including daily tea/coffee after weekday Mass and on Sunday morning. A list of forthcoming events is on display in the church hall. Meetings are held regularly. The group makes sure that people new to St Francis Xavier’s have the opportunity to meet with parishioners socially and helps them become members of our community.
